Refund Policy

Every Practical Path PDFs guide comes with a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund.

If a guide isn't useful to you, hit reply on your purchase receipt and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no friction, no "let us know what could have been better." Your money back, fast.

What we'd rather you do first

If something in the guide is unclear or you hit a wall, email hello@practicalpathpdfs.com first. A real person will reply. Most "this didn't help me" issues turn out to be a specific point we can clarify in a couple of sentences — and we'd rather solve the underlying issue than refund and lose you as a future customer.

But if you'd just rather have your money back, that's fine. The refund happens within 24 hours of your email.

The refresh promise (separate from refunds)

Every Practical Path guide is re-reviewed and re-published every six months with current platform fees, tool prices, and policy changes. If you bought the guide more than six months ago and haven't received the refreshed edition, it's almost certainly a deliverability issue. Email us and we'll resend it.

Edge cases

• Beyond 30 days: Refunds are at our discretion. If the guide became outdated and our refresh hasn't shipped yet, we'll always make it right.
• Bundles: Same policy applies. Refund a bundle and you refund the bundle, not individual guides.
• Refresh editions: Buying a refreshed edition doesn't restart your 30-day clock — it's the same purchase you already made.
